David has 45+ years of a vast wealth of agribusiness experience. David’s background includes collateral examination experience with a large national bank, as well as management of an examination group for a large international bank largely focused on production agriculture. David grew up on a diverse family farm in southwestern Iowa. He gained valuable agricultural experience working for a major Midwest university, before moving on to work for a large grain elevator. He worked as a sales representative for three major feed companies and then started a feed manufacturing company with sales throughout the Midwest.

Doug has over 35+ years of experience assessing and managing risks associated with lending to middle market and large corporate food and agribusiness companies.  Prior to joining ACG, he was a senior credit officer for a large regional bank, where he was responsible for a $2 billion national loan portfolio.  Doug’s banking background also includes business development, collateral auditing, loan underwriting, portfolio management and credit approval.  Doug was also instrumental in the start-up and development of two successful agribusiness lending groups during his career.

Jet has 35+ years of experience in the agribusiness industry. Prior to ACG, Jet spent 25 years as General Manager of a grain elevator and fertilizer cooperative in Oklahoma. Prior to that, Jet spent 10 years with a regional CPA firm auditing agribusinesses, including elevators, cotton gins, and fertilizer facilities. Jet has vast experience with auditing, accounting, and working with the banking industry to ensure compliance with loan covenants.
