David’s background includes collateral examination experience with a large national bank, as well as management of an examination group for a large international bank largely focused on production agriculture. David grew up on a diverse family farm in southwestern Iowa. He gained valuable agricultural experience working for a major Midwest university, before moving on to work for a large grain elevator. He worked as a sales representative for three major feed companies and then started a feed manufacturing company with sales throughout the Midwest. |

Prior to joining ACG, he was a senior credit officer for a large regional bank, where he was responsible for a $2 billion national loan portfolio. Doug’s banking background also includes business development, collateral auditing, loan underwriting, portfolio management and credit approval. Doug was also instrumental in the start-up and development of two successful agribusiness lending groups during his career. |
